1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


4. International Shipping

  • We currently ship internationally to select countries.

  • International shipping times vary by destination and may be subject to customs delays.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. letalskeltdis not responsible for delays due to customs.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at letalskeltd@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

  • We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, but we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.


6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before completing your order.

  • letalskeltd is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
